Process Engineers, Polymer - EPCOS

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible in providing engineering support and technical know-how to Assembly Production to improve machine efficiency, productivity and utilization. You will develop, maintain and improve productivity and process yield. In addition, you will also evaluate, implement new materials & methods to improve product quality and lower manufacturing costs; plan, organize and coordinate installation, setup and buyoff of new equipment. You will also schedule and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment.

Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Materials Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in equipment tooling, tinning, or trim-form, Diebonding and Wirebonding Process, working in high volume manufacturing environment preferably in Semiconductor manufacturing. Those with supervisory experience is an added advantage
* Familiar with TS 16949 and good working knowledge of quality tools including SPC, FMEA and MSA
