Assistant Engineer - Chosen Plastic

Responsibilities:
* Manages production lines with regards to schedule, quality, yield, efficiency and cycle time.
* Recognizes and solves problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality and order of production line
* Supervise and lead a group of Manufacturing Technicians to meet the production indices
* Continuously monitor and supervise production personnel to ensure adherence to Operations, Quality and Safety standards
* Generate regular reports on the product line performance
* Continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities and would be responsible to initiates and participates in the improvement activities to optimize production operation

Requirements:
* Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* To assist Engineer in handling FA Qualification, testing and work instructions
* Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
