Responsibilities:
* The selected candidate will assist the Project Manager or Head of Department in the day-to-day activities in managing building and infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will also be assisting the Project Manager or Head of Department in the implementation, management and technical support of the project team or any new project as and when required.
Requirements:
* Must possess at least a Degree in Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / or related disciplines with 3 to 7 years of relevant post graduate working experience for building construction or any developer background.
* Willing to work with time constraints, a meticulous approach and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Other pre-requisites include project management experience in handling large scale government quarters and government buildings.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of planning software and presentation tools.
* Good design experience acquired in a design office is an added advantage.
* Must be wiling to travel.

Employee Relations Officer - Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities:
* The incumbent is required to assist in all aspects of human resource function including employee relations & discipline.
* Handling industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievances, and counseling, domestic inquiries, employee welfare and other activities when required
* Maintain a positive employee relations environment and ensure consistent application of established policies and procedures
* Provide appropriate support in employee relations matters. Make recommendations for improvement of policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters while identifying possible adverse financial effects and/ or legal ramifications of policy and procedural changes
* Conducts exit interviews and analyses the data to implement corrective actions to decrease resignation of talent and key staff
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and government regulations
* Any other human resource related work or duties when required
Requirements:
* Diploma and/or Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, Behavioral Science or Psychology
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
* Proficiency in written and oral English is essential
* Able to counsel staff on work related issues
* Able to travel to various project sites when required
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
* Strong PC skills are essential especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Sound knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws including Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967
