Technical Customer Service Engineer (Coatings) - WR Grace Specialty Chemical

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and technical advice to customers,Sales,Production and Quality Control Department in all matters relating to coatings.
* Provide technical support and effective technical advice to customers or potentials customers in Asia Pasific,solving customer's problems related to product application and assist customers in field tests.
* Provide technical input for development of technical literature to support regional Sales & Marketing.
* Support Sales in new product introduction and provide product & technical application training to Sales & customers.
* Support the Production & Quality Control Department on product quality related issues.
* Perform all necessary tests,evaluation and write reports.
* Maintain all TCS laboratory equipment.
* Ensure the TCS laboratory safety,handling and storage of hazardous materials operated in conformance with local safety and environment regulations.
* Ensure the TCS laboratory conforms with Company's ISO requirements.
* Carry out customer support projects, Six Sigma & quality related projects and application development work assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:
* Degree in Coating Technology,General Chemistry or any relevant field with a few years of experience in the coatings related industry.
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications i.e Excel,Word and Powerpoint.
* Willing to travel within Asia Pasific region.

Responsibilities:
* Successful candidates will assisting the Food Safety Officer the overall of food process control and product quality control. He/she will also be assisting the Food Safety Officer to carry out inspection and tests for incoming goods as well as verifying the effectiveness of hygiene and sanitation program.

Requirements:
* Possess a Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Service or biological related field with a major in microbiology and/or quality control.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical mind and leadership skill.
