Human Resource Executive - Sunway Lagoon

Responsibilities:
* Report to the Director of Human Resource, he/she will be responsible for the implementation of company policies and procedures, HRMS, recruitment and selection process, as well as staff welfare and industrial relations.

Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Human Resources Management.
* At least 2-3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Good command of written and spoken English with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated, confident, professional, resourceful, detail oriented and able to multitask function under pressure.
* Able to work in a demanding and fast-paced enviroment
