Administrative Executive
Responsibilities:
You hold an important role as an executive in a modern office environment and are expected to possess or willing to learn the skills of our business operations that include:
1. Process purchases, monitor, follow-up and coordinate shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.
2. Process sales orders, L/C documentation, delivery and invoicing.
3. Coordinate office logistics.
4. General Admin support to business units that include reception duties, mailing and courier services.
5. Attending to all clients’ enquiries, requests for additional quotations and policy amendments etc.
6. Updating systems, checking of policies for producing of sales reports, issuing of documents and filing etc.
7. Support Sales team administratively; cover their in-house duty as and when required.
8. New Business Development.
9. Any responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements:
You should be a team player with good initiative, capable of multi-tasking and excelling in a challenging and fast paced environment. You must be customer service-oriented and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
1. Minimum ‘A’ level / Diploma with 3 – 5 years working experience / Degree
2. Fresh graduate may apply
3. Computer Skills essential
4. Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
5. Proficient in MS Office applications with strong written and verbal communication skills
