Executive (Training & Development) - Sapuracrest Petroleum Berhad

Responsibilities:
* Full spectrum of Training Administration (training activities, liaison, communication and logistics).
* Training Record, Database and Information (TNA, Programs, Data Analysis, Providers Databank etc.).
* Assist Training Manager in Training & Performance Development projects.
* Assist Training Manager in conducting Organizational Development Programme.

Requirements:
* A recognized degree in Human Resource Management and Information Management or any other relevant degree.
* 2-3 years experience in Training Administration or training related function.
* Competent in MS Office. Competencies in SPSS, MS Access, Publisher and other application would be an added advantage.
* Sound knowledge in any HRIS (Training) system.
* Competent on TNA/PMS, Statistical concepts and analysis tools.
* Effective communication skills and people/customer focused.
