Quantity Surveyor - Pembinaa Saswara

Responsibilities:
* Familiar with site cost contract administration, taking-off quantities, site measurement / valuation, tender preparation, preparation of bill of quantities, project claim / variation order and final accounts
* Ability to organise, co-ordinate and control payment claims from sub-contractors
* Good interpersonal & communication skill and able to interact with people at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules under minimum supervision
* Self-motivated, analytical, resourceful with great sense of responsibility and urgency

Requirements:
* Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
* Knowledge in Auto CAD and MS Project will be added advantage
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in civil works / construction environment
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* 2 Full-Time positions available
