Production Supervisor - Inno Ceramitec

Responsibilities:
* To lead a group of production workers to achieve the quality and targeted output.
* To ensure all the products are inspected as per specifications before transferring to the next section
* Reporting to Senior Production Executive.

Requirements:
* Possess a SPM or higher qualification or
* Minimum 3 years work experience in ceramic industries.
* Good communication skills in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English.
* Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
* Able to manage problematic worker

An attractive remuneration package will be provided to successful candidates, comprising a generous basic salary, plus incentive commission.
