F&B Cost Control - Prince Medical Court

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and verify all F&B related inventories to ensure accurate departmental cost analysis
* Monitor and verify monthly F&B purchases to achieve bottom line and meet stakeholders’ expectations
* Compile and submit all necessary information related to F&B sales and cost control in order to ensure financial standings are as planned
* Conduct market analysis in order to achieve cost efficiency
* Record and calculate yield test, portion control, recipe yield and product turnover against sales to ensure financial viability is achieved
* Plan and prepare total cost analysis and propose selling price to ensure competitive pricing is maintained
* Perform audit in all storage locations to ensure accuracy in inventory and par level and ensure all sales are captured accordingly
* Key Role:
* Maximising the usage of consumable resources as well as managing costs of all consumable resources is kept within the pre-approved limits and budget.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Accounting with 2 – 3 years working experience in similar capacity
* Good food and beverage product knowledge and a passion for F&B

Fluency in spoken English is essential
