Human Resource Executive - Inno Ceramitec

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of payroll, attendance management and employee welfare.
* To conduct training needs analysis and monitor training program to all employees to enhance their skill and knowledge.
* To keep up-to-date filing and registration for all employees.
* Responsible to determine the necessary competency for employee
* To conduct relevant training to existing staff and new workers such as induction program, on-job training and in-house training.
* To conduct weekly audit of canteen service quality and environment.

Requirements:

* Minimum Degree holder, preferable in Social Science or Business Administration.
* Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
* Demonstrate strong management and leadership potential
* Must be customer oriented, positive thinking, proactive and meticulous.

An attractive remuneration package will be provided to successful candidates, comprising a generous basic salary, plus incentive commission.
