Customer Service Professional (50 Positions) - 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities:
* Attend to customer queries tactfully and professionally.
* Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
* Maintain customer confidentiality

Requirements:
* SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business or related field.
* No experience required, SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply.
* Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language speakers (Mandarin, Cantonese or Kadazan) would have an added advantage
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to work rotating Shifts (AM :8am-4pm, 9am-5pm,10am-6pm, 11am-7pm OR PM : 4pm-9pm,5pm-10pm, 6pm-11pm, 7pm-12midnite, 8pm-1am,9pm-2am)
* Must be willing to work in KL Sentral/Wisma UOA (Jalan Pinang, opposite KL Convention Centre)
* Pleasant, hardworking and excellent teamplayer.
* Excellent remuneration package.
