1. 1 sudu besar garam

Bahan B

1. 5 senduk nasi yang sudah dimasak, berderai
2. 3 sudu besar minyak masak
3. Sayur kangkung (daun dan batang)dipotong 3cm
4. 5 helai daun kesum dihiris halus (kalau takde,takpe)
5. Bawang goreng (kalau takde, takpe)
6. 5 sudu besar air masak.
7. Limau nipis atau limau kecil(yg selalu makan ngan asam boi)


Cara-caranya:
1.Tumbuk semua Bahan A, jangan terlalu lumat.Pakai cara tradisional (lesung batu) lagi sedap.Jgn letak air semasa menumbuk, sekadar baki air basuhan ikan bilis & bwg yg melekat pada bahan2 tersebut, kira ok.
2.Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bahan2 yg tlh ditumbuk tadi hingga bwg jadi kekuningan dan naik bau. Api sederhana je.
3.Bila dah naik bau, letak air sbyk 5 sudu dan masukkan sayur (kangkung) yg tlg dipotong2 tadi (masukkan batang sayur dahulu supaya cepat empuk).Masak selama 1 minit lagi.
4.Kecilkan api sikit, masukkan nasi yang dah dimasak ke dalam kuali dan gaul hingga rata.
Cadangan Hidangan:
Hidangan untuk 4 orang.
Taburkan bawang goreng dan daun kesum yang dihiris halus tadi.
Perahkan limau nipis/kecil secukup rasa ke atas nasi goreng yg telah siap.
Boleh makan dgn kicap kalau suka @ kalau kurang masin :)
