Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience.
* Some site working experience and architectural knowledge would be an advantage.
* Experienced in Purchasing of building materials would be an advantage.
* Familiar with budget monitoring and claims management for the subcontractors.
* Familiar in taking off skills for the building structures.
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Able to dictate minutes of meeting.
