Responsibilities:
* Respond to telephone, email, and web inquiries from customers regarding our e-services.
* Research, troubleshoot, and report all software bugs/issues reported by customers.
* Customer Adminstration - handling of payment and receipts.
* Maintain accurate tracking into helpdesk database.
* Assist with Computer Disaster Recovery Plan (CDRP) testing and implementation.
* Maintain and produce monthly tracking reports for customers.
* Identify weakness and potential issues in the system during the support process and propose improvements or enhancements to the team or supervisor.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Ms Office, Basic Internet Explorer skills..
* Required language(s): English, Mandarin
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
