Administrative Support Executive - Kenanga International

Responsibilities:
* Assist project managers in project life-cycle activities
* Coordinating of project related events like meetings/vendor demonstration and training
* Compilation and preparation of project related documentation such as minutes of meeting, proposals, presentation materials and other project documentations

Requirements:
* A recognized Diploma in any discipline
* Involvement in IT project management related activities
* Working experience in Banking/stockbroking industry is an added advantage.
* Good communications skill in English, both written & verbal
* Good team player and able to multi-task
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office
