Software Engineer/IT Executive - Pernec Corp

Responsibilities:
* Reviews, analyzes, designs, programs, modifies, develops and implements software-programming applications and software products using object oriented software development approach
* Writes code and complete programming, and testing of systems and applications.
* Converts project specifications to use cases and sequence diagrams for coding into object oriented programming.
* Write and maintain programming documentation
* Reponsible for the design, visual appearance, development of a website
* Participates in product development, requirements analysis, design and technical management.
* Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required;
* Writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), Javascript, Java, JSP and Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver

Requirements:
* Possess a degree in Computer Science or related discipline with concentration in software engineering and in web designing and multimedia programming
* Has in-depth knowledge and working experience in web application development and object-oriented software development
* Has experience in application development using Java, VB, JSP, ASP and PHP
* Experience in Java Spring framework and Hibernate are added-advantage
* Has experience with MS SQL and MySQL databases.
* Familiar with both Windows and Linux operating systems
* Familiar with IIS and/or Tomcat/Apache web servers.
* Skills in e-commerce, supply and demand chain, server side technologies and internet security will be an advantage
* Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
* Requires strong technical skills, knowledge of Internet working technologies, HTML, object-oriented programming and experience in graphic design.
* Have knowledge of graphic design packages such as Fireworks or Photoshop in order to produce basic layout and manipulate images.
* Have in-depth knowledge in Java, JSP, PHP, Flash and Dreamweaver.
* Skills in e-commerce, server side technologies and internet security will be an advantage
