Admin Assistant - Bond West Consultant

Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming telephone calls and emails and courier packages
* Manage stationery, postage stamp and pantry supplies
* Prepare invoice and quotation and filling documents
* Provide administrative and HR duties

Requirements:
* Minimum O-level holder/ Diploma holder
* Minimum 1 year experience
* PC literate with proficiency in MS Office
* Bilingual (English/ Mandarin)
* Knowledge of basic accounting will be an added advantage
* Fresh graduate are welcome
