Planning Officer

Responsibilities:
* Maintain planning or scheduling accuracy to maxime unitlization of resources and assure Delivery ratio commitment 100% achivement to customers.
* Achivement of monthly sales target as plan by the management.
* Ensure a smooth and controlled flow of material lead time to meet production and eventually customer's requirement.
* Material issuance to Production according to plan with correct control lot number for traceability.
* Reception and evaluate customer's PO and forecast before reception against resources available.
* Preparation of Issuance Plan for picking of material by Warehouse Section accordingly.
* Develop and maintain monthly master schedule (Pplan).
* Monitor work in progress and analyse production schedule and determine ability to meet the programs.
* Develop contigency plans to be able to adjust master schedule due to unplanned and occurrence of process abnormality situations preventing compliance to the schedule.
* Estmate and forecast labour, material and machinery requirements to determine production schedules.
* Interface and communicate with the Prod, QC, Engineering and others Section on a regular basis for the inputs/outputs, securing approvals and authorization as being required.
* Sub-contractor control of Master Prod Schedule and payment control.
* Baan system item number registration and Special / abnormal transaction control.
* Product Structure control for all models manufactured which interface with others performance indicators.
* Control of additional IU of material to production to assure that yield is within the profitable level as per stated in the cost table.
* Analyze WIP condition, yield status and Pplan achievement to assure that alarm is given to customer's if any revision of shipment plan occured due to occurance of abnormality.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
* Candidate with working experience in high volume manufacturing environment, preferably IC,PCBA or LCD production is an advantage.
* Computer literate and must be able to work independently.
* Well verse in ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 requirement.
* Possess strong leadership, organizing and analytical ability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
* Mathematic skills are needed to assure planning accuracy at all time.
* Ability to read and interpret documents related with manufacturing of products produce.
