IT Support

Responsibilities:

* Assist to maintain and support network, system (Windows) desktop, antivirus and Avaya PABX system.
* Responsible in supporting internal users
* Hardware and software asset management
* Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Requirements:

* Degree in Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
* Familiarity with Windows XP & Windows Server 2003 platform with good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, email applications and hardware issues.
* Knowledge in Windows System Administration and Avaya PABX Administration.
* Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
* Required language(s): Chinese, English
* At least 1 year of working experience in system/network trouble shootings. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
