Responsibilities:
* Recruitment administration*, selection and scheduling of interviews & other manpower planning activities.
* Administer & update of employee benefits including insurance claims, medical claims verification, leave applications.
* Organize training, employee welfare, social/ teambuilding and company activities.
* Assist in payroll processing and HR Projects (eg: Employee Handbook & policies review etc).
* Handle office administration, travel arrangement, stationeries supply & facilities maintenance.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Experience in ISO management system and able to join immediately would be an added advantage.
* Applicants must be able to work independently, proactively, possess strong analytical skill and a trouble shooter.
* Possess own transport.
