Responsibilities:
* Maintain and ensure that the reception area and office is clean, tidy and presentable.
* Answering and screening of all incoming calls.
* Greet all visitors with courtesy and assist them on any queries.
* Assist in Accounts clerical duties such as filing, petty cash and issuing cheques.
* Distribution of all incoming mail to recipients.
* Ensure that all out-going mail through post/courier are sent out on a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Candidates must possess at least SPM or any professional certificates.
* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Computer literate with good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and resourceful.
* Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and well groomed with a cheerful disposition.
* Result orientated, organised with good follow-up skills.
* Good telephone etiquette and able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
* Posses own transport.
