Bank Teller, Private Banking Centre - Malayan Banking Berhad

Responsibilities:
* To provide quality service and be receptive to private banking customers with regards to queries and complaints.
* To ensure that transactions carried out correctly in quick and efficient manner.
* To receive and key in customers’ transaction request and to verify cash and cheque received are correct and inclusive with signature.
* To attend customers queries and direct to appropriate Relationship Bankers if more information needed.
* To ensure the confidentiality of customers accounts and also cross-sell Bank’s product.
* To ensure that accounts are balanced at the end of the day and attend to clerical functions eg: sorting, filing vouchers and correspondence.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in any field.
* Candidate must possess at least Grade C in SPM for Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English, and Mathematics.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
