HR Assistant - AIG-Software International JV Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
• Provide support for HR functions in recruitment, communication, learning and development.
• Posses a minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in all aspects of human resources especially in handling payroll and other compensation and benefits matters.
• Liaise with relevant government bodies.
• Responsible to ensure that all related HR / Admin policies and procedures are properly followed and implemented.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in HR Management/Business Admin.
• At least 2 - 3 years related experience in Human Resources Department.
• Conversant with Malaysian Labour Laws, good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self starter, enthusiastic personality.
• Experience in information technology industry will be an added advantage.
• Achievement focused with service oriented approach.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
