Responsibilities:
* Familiar with taking-off quantities, tender preparation, valuation, variation orders and final account
* Well verse with contract administration matters
* Able to manage independently building projects, liasing with client, consultants and contractors
* Must be disciplined, resourceful and result-orientated
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of working experience in a quantity surveying firm
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong initiative
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
* Knowledge of Auto-Cad is an added advantage but not essential
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably, have own transport
