Operations Co-ordinators - Pacific World Destination East

Responsibilities:
* Handling vehicle logistics, ensuring vehicle maintenance and vehicle assigning
* Maintain and update the records/documentations of the Vehicle Maintenance Invoices, Database and to generate relevant reports as required
* Taking care of a pool of Drivers
* On an ad-hoc basis, to do field work - customer service, trains and cruises

Requirements:
* At least a SPM/ "O" Level or professional Certificate in Hospitality/ Tourism Management or equivalent with computer literacy
* Experience in the hospitality/tourism industry and possess own transport, an added advantage
* Excellent spoken/written English communication and interpersonal skills
* Meticulous, self-motivated, highly independent and self confident
* Willingness to acquire new job-related skills and adaptable to the company's work systems
* Able to work long hours during peak seasons
