Lead Generation Executive - Lead Generation

Responsibilities:
Position Brief:
The Lead-Generation Executive will provide support the Customer Servicing Team by contacting referred candidates to gather information. The Lead-Generation Executive will not be expected to bring business into the company, but rather assist in following up with prospective candidates. The Lead-Generation Executive will also need to conduct research on potential industries and identify key competitors within the industry.

Requirements:Must Have (No Exceptions):
• At least a Diploma.
• Confident and extremely detailed oriented.
• Pleasant personality with strong telephone skills.
• Enjoy cold calling.
• Must be able to handle rejections well.
• Must have an aggressive sales personality and hungry to achieve.
• English spoken fluently and impressively as a FIRST language only. No Singlish.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Able to handle PRESSURE and juggle multiple tasks.
• Must be based in Singapore. We will not consider anyone who is not currently in
Singapore now.

Nice to have:

• A University degree.
• Strong preference for someone with experience in call centers, conference
sales and cross-selling banking products and services.
