Technical Instructors

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for learning, developing, delivering product training to worldwide internal and external customers
2. Work closely with management and product support personnel to facilitate the learning process and maintain a learning culture
3. Identify technical training needs based on business objectives, operations requirements and employee development needs
4. Develop and implement technical training programs
5. Evaluate training programs and materials to ensure training effectiveness
Perform required preventive and corrective maintenance to assigned training equipment

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Physics
2. Technical training or similar related experience preferred
3. Working familiarity with instructional design desired
4. Experience in semiconductor field is a plus
5. Innovative, motivated and technically proficient
6. Fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
7. 30% traveling may be required
