Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and process assistance to end customer.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot problem and escalate technical fault.
* Take challenges and extend service value by providing resolution solution to customer.
* Perform project deployment and enhancement.
Requirements:
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
* Minimum 1-2 year working experience in related field
* Analytical and strong problem solving skills
* Proficient in networking such as TCP/IP, Linux, firewall, switches, router or wireless technology.
* Excellent communication skills in spoken and written skills
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction, high initiative levels and a team player.
* Those with experience in project management will be an added advantage.
* Possess own transport.
* Obtained at least one professional IT certification such as MCP, MCSE and CCNA
