Sales Admin Executive - Olympus Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
* To prepare Invoices, delivery order, purchaser order, etc
* To administer stock tracking, shipping handling and packaging
* To prepare spare parts distribution and spare parts inventory control
* To coordinate and administrate office documents, filing, etc
* To perform any others duties that assign by management

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably junior executives specializing in Sales-Corporate/Wholesale/Trading/Merchandising or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available
