Responsibilities:
* To perform re-measurement of quantities for project undertaken.
* To contractually manage and supervise existing/ongoing contracts, in terms of preparing monthly progress claim, attending project meetings, correspondences, co-coordinating with Clients/Consultant.
* To Prepare the progress payment and interim valuation for sub-contractor or suppliers.
* To Preparation of sub-contractor agreement and documentation.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying with 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
* Applicants must be willing to be transferred within Peninsular Malaysia.
* Independent, committed, results oriented with good interpersonal and good communication skills.
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
