Responsibilities:
* To diligently manage and ensuring a profitable and successful completion of the project.
* To execute & monitor the project site in term of civil, structure & architecture works which will also includes site planning & coordination, material order & delivery and stock control.
* To ensure project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the subcontractors and labours, and to take the appropriate actions timely to remedy of any shortcoming.
* To attend all project site meeting with the clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, etc. and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
* To prepare monthly Project Progress Reports for submission to client, consultant or the Management.
* To manage all subordinate on the respective project site.
Requirements:
* Project Manager: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience in construction.
* Site Engineer: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 1year working experience in construction.
* Independent, committed, results oriented with good interpersonal and good communication skills.
* Applicants must be able to work long hours and willing to be transferred within Peninsular Malaysia.
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply (only applicable for Site Engineer)
