System Engineers (INTEL Support)

Responsibilities:
* To install, configure and troubleshoot backup software in INTEL environment
* To manage day-to-day operations of the INTEL servers and ensure that the security management and best practices are conformed to the standards / baselines set by customer
* To ensure that the system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning are performed in order to meet the service level objectives and standards
* To project manage or be part of the management team for related projects
* To take on-call and standby responsibilities in ensuring high availability and high performance of the INTEL servers
* Any other specific tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary for successful completion of related projects and/or services

Requirements:
* Minimum Bach. In Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or its equivalent
* Experience in supporting/implementing CITRIX/Terminal services technologies and / or SAP applications
* Sound knowledge and experience in handling Windows 2003 and Microsoft Office Suite
* At least 2 years experience in Windows server support, Active Directory, DNS and other functional tools
* Basic knowledge in network administration, TCP / IP protocol suite and web connectivity
* Must have strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
* Possess any of the following technical certifications is an added advantage (CCNA, CCA, MCSE, MCP)
