Planner/Buyer - Benchmark Electronics

Responsibilities:
* Ensure sufficient materials to support production
* Follow-up with vendors on material delivery to support production build plan
* Maintain healthy inventory turn and monitor spending to be within approved budget
* Initiate price negotiation with vendor and involvement in localization project.

Requirements:
* Degree or higher with good command of English (both written & oral)
* Minimum 2 years experience in Production Control/Purchasing function
* Good analytical skills
* Must have knowledge in Oracle/BaaN application
