Industrial Engineer - Fico Asia Sdn. Bhd.

Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, facilitate and lead continuous performance improvement initiatives, demonstrating both cost reduction and performance improvement
* Leverage and lead productivity initiatives based on best practices and recognized manufacturing approach/productivity tools
* Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization

Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering preferably with 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
* Proficient in oral and written English
* Possess openness and an eye for new approaches to productivity
* Complex problem solving skills
* Critical thinking skills
* Judgement and decision making skills
