Customer Service Assistant - NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should possess minimum a SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification and with minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in Customer Service environment.
• Capable and systematic in keeping customers database, professional in handling customer complaints, ability to exercise customer retention activities, love working and communicate with all level of people, good interpersonal and communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Possess good telephone etiquette and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attend to incoming and outgoing calls promptly, courteously, in a competent and professional manner.
• Good in computer literate and will involve in some data entry work.
