Requirements:

* Energetic, possess initiative and highly motivated personality.
* Minimum 2-3 years in marketing and project sales preferably in Building Materials.
* Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Building/Architectural.
* Experience in cost estimation, contract administration.
* Age below 35 years old.
* Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
* Strong analytical and planning skills with an eye for details.
* Good command of written and verbal English/Malay.
* Required language(s): Chinese/English.Malay
