Production Executive - Mission Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the supervision of day to day activities (manufacturing until finished product)
* Responsible to ensure the compliance to GMP during the manufacturing processes
* Responsible for imparting to the subordinate staff
* Responsible of verification of production checklist by ensuring all recording done properly
* Responsible to achieve good production input and output through process control and complete daily production report at the end of the shift
* Responsible to ensure good line efficiency, productivity and capacity optimizations
* Responsible to coach, motivate and being a leader to the staff
* Ensure all production SOPs are followed and initiate request for changes should there be any modification or changes in the process
* Responsible to check the status of cleanliness throughout the department

Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science are encourage to apply
* Able to read and write in English and Malay
* Good Documentation Practice
* Computer Literate
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Food Manufacturing
* Able to work under pressure and independent
* Excellent verbal & written communication skill
* Manage available resources to achieve production target
* Process strong technical knowledge
* Willing to work on rotating shifts
* Experience in ISO, Good Manufacturing Practice and HACCP is an advantage
* Supervise and direct production operators on related processing, proper production techniques and procedures
