Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production goals
* Manage resources, track progress, report results, check, troubleshoot and solve production issues
* Train employees and implement process improvement for higher throughput
* Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Materials and Manufacturing groups to deliver results
Requirements:
* Must be Singaporean/Singapore PR
* Either Degree/Diploma in Engineering or NiTEC with Dip in Supervisory Management
* Min. 3 years of production supervisory experience
* Abile to work in 12-hr shirt
* Competent in fast-paced, data driven, metric oriented and rapidly expanding production line
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
