Process Engineer / Assistant Engineer - Plastrade Enterprise

Responsibilities:
* Monitor overall production operation and ensure set target are achieved.
* Monitor production schedule to ensure parts are produced on time.
* Trouble shooting production problems and carry out corrective and preventive actions.
* Train new operator by guiding them on the job training and follow up.
* Provide feedback on quality problem and the cause of the problem and provide necessary counter measure.
* Motivate, counsel, train & lead subordinates to maintain good teamwork and proper housekeeping.
* To do trouble shooting and repairing to all equipment and machines.
* To do setting on machines and all equipment.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science.
* Preferably with working experience.
* Able to work independently.
* Applicants should be able to work under pressure and possess good analytical skill and interpersonal skill.
* Able to communicate & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
* Applicants should possess own transport.
