HR Administrator - GE Engine Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:
1. To ensure consistency in the implementation of Policies and Procedures.
2. To handle the HR administrative functions and records.
3. To be in-charged of the staff payroll and government statutory requirements.
4. To source for recruitment of staff to meet the requirements.
5. To administer all contract employees
6. Other tasks as required from time to time

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years working experience in similar field.
2. Knowledge in Oracle and experience in manufacturing environment
3. Experience in co-coordinating training and development for employees and liaising with HRDF.
4. Possess good communication and written skills in English
5. Energetic, good analytical and planning skill
6. A team player with good interpersonal skills.
