Administrative Representative -Geospecs Trading Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as attends to sale enquiries, quotations and delivery arrangements.
  • Responsible for business development, sales and marketing of company products.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintaining and updating inventory movement and stock records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Certificates in Business Administration, or minimum SPM qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Preferably have knowledge in UBS inventory program
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Mature and able to work independently.
  • Possess initiative and high level of integrity.
