Administrator cum Sales Support - EM TEST (M) SDN BHD

Responsibilities:
* To handle sales coordination such as updating of sales order processing, purchasing, operations and following up on sales order, delivery and payment status.
* To assist Technical Sales Engineer on sales inquiry and quotations.
* Performing general administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports, payment to suppliers and monthly financial matter
* Handling all incoming calls and faxes.
* Handle all out-going mails, courier and shipping deliveries such as making shipment arrangement for local and overseas.
* Organize and manage documents, maintaining filling for smooth data retrieving and customer relation management software.
* Responsible for office housekeeping and stationary supply.
* To liaise & maintain good customer/supplier relationship.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
* Candidate with Engineering background will be an advantage
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Analytical
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Pleasant personality, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work independently.
* Possess own transport.
