Admin Assistant - Illumina Singapore Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to day office administrative and logistics support to commercial operation office.
* Handle general phone enquiry
* Maintain proper filing and documentation
* Prepares invoices and payments of claims, requisitions, purchase orders and
* other fiscal duties.
* Prepare delivery order and arrange for delivery of goods to customer.
* To liaise with customers as required to keep them informed of progress and / or response in relation to back orders/stock availability.
* Handle local hotel accommodation arrangements.
* Handle Office maintenance related task.

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a Singaporean/Singapore PR
* Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
* Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, customer service and office admin support.
* Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese language.
* Must be Computer literate –Intermediate MS Office Knowledge, e.g. Excel, Words etc.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail, meticulous, proactive and flexible
* Possess positive attitude, a team player, hardworking and willing to learn.
