Training Executive - Alliance Direct Marketing Sdn Bhd

The Job:
* Able to conduct orientation session for new staff and working closely with department heads
* Commendable people skills
* Putting together of training schedule
* Design, development and facilitation of in-house training programmes when necessary
* Regular training reviews to gauge its effectiveness and align it with the objectives of the organisation.
* Maintenance and organisation of training records in adherence to requirements.
* Preparation and monitoring of evaluation reports of training program.
* Strong IR, EA, Conversant Labour Laws knowledge and able to conduct domestic inquiry and counseling independent.
* Participation in or leading of ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/HR/Banking or equivalent.
* Keen in being developed as a professional HRD practitioner with 2 to 3 years relevant work experience in the same field
* Able to deliver results in the execution and administration of detailed work processes including coordination with the departmental head / superior
* Well-versed with current Labour Laws & Employment Act and IR issues
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
* Independent and able to work under pressure.
* Possess high level of Confidentiality
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills.
* Able to work with minimum supervision.
* Willing to work long hours as and when required.
* Computer literate.
* Able to multi-tasks.
* Possess their own transport
