Requirements:
*The applicant will be responsible in monitoring and implementing effectively the Human Resources policies and procedures, efficient control on the administrative and operation functions, and assume advisory role in matters related to employee relations.
*The applicant must have a recognised Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with 2-3 years of related working experience. Good communication and interpersonal skill with strong knowledge in computer application. Possess working knowledge of guidelines, rules & regulations and the implications of relevant statutory acts and regulations that govern or impact the banking industry eg. BAFIA, Employment Act, Industrial Act, Trade Union Act & Tax Law. Knowledge and understanding of computer applications especially MS Office is essential. Those with knowledge in SMPD payroll will have an advantage.
