Conference Producer

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the intellectual content of conferences.
2. Research and identify the most relevant issues within industries.
3. Develop and manage the effective roll-out of conferences
4. Work closely with internal marketing and sales department to identify potential business and sponsorship leads.
5. Liaise with senior corporate leaders for research and speaking opportunities.

This is NOT an events management position, and does not involve organising the logistics of events.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess a Professional Degree in any field.
2. Excellent written, communication and research skills.
3. Strong time-management with exceptional relationship-management skills both with external and internal parties.
4. Ability to work independently to develop and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Self motivated with a high degree of interest in business and economic trends.
6. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
