Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the group payroll system and preparation of staff payroll
* Ensure all required statutory payments are made promptly
* Prepare reports and analysis on monthly basis
* Implement and continually improve HR policies, procedures and tools to support organizational growth and to meet departmental targets
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields
* At least 3-5 years experience at executive level
* Well versed with automated payroll applications
* Good knowledge of Sabah Labour Ordinance and other labour legislation
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
