Responsibilities:
* Act as personal and administrative support to the General Manager.
* Provide confidential business secretarial support and variety of administrative duties in running the GM's office efficiently.
* Responsible for the formulation of presentation, reports, minutes, communication, correspondence and other documents/projects/activities to the highest professional standards.
* Coordinate business appointment, travel arrangement, meeting arrangements as well as coordinate miscellaneous arrangement/activities.
* Receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distribution and response.
* Perform other related secretarial job.
Requirements:
* Professional Certificate in Secretarial studies or equivalent.
* Preferably 1 year experience as Secretary to Senior Manager.
* Excellent command of written & spoken English and Malay languages.
* Excellent secretariat skills including typing, shorthand and proficient in using computer, especially Microsoft Office application.
* Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, trustworthy and be a careful and meticulous person.
* Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
