Responsibilities:
* Attend to all incoming calls, inquiries, take messages and direct calls with good telephone etiquette.
* Develop good and respected relationship with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer services.
* Assist in distributing circulars, mails and courier.
* Assist in administrative works.
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' working experience.
* Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
* Good command in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speek Chinese will be an added advantage.
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good Planning and organizing skills.
